Odyssey Con is not just an event. Throughout the year there is the work of a number of people, bringing their efforts together to create the annual event. But that event doesn't happen without people. The staff can only do so much - with some many moving parts, it takes a fair number of folks to keep those parts moving.
The volunteer staff are the unsung heroes that keep the convention going. While the concom staff put the convention together, it needs volunteers to make it happen. Because Odyssey Con is a non-profit convention, not even it's concom are paid. But there are perks!
As time gets closer to the convention, there will be a call for volunteers. The perks will be revealed. Check back for more information.
For any questions or to become a volunteer, please email the Volunteer Head at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every year Odyssey Con has some of the most interesting panelists. Some are members of the staff, some are guests of honor (from this year and years before), and others are those knowledgeable individuals who suggest clever panel ideas and volunteer to help run them.
It is no secret Odyssey Con attendees are some of the most interesting people to be found, and we love hearing from you on your ideas.

Want to sponsor an event? Help contribute to the overall convention? We appreciate those that help make our convention happen. Our sponsors are advertised on our Sponsors Page, and as a non-profit there are other benefits that can be had for helping our convention.
For any questions on sponsorship, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll happily pass along your questions or comments to the appropriate staff member.
As a registered non-profit entity, Odyssey Con covers much of its costs from donations, whether it be food and beverage items to our consuite, prizes for contests, or funds for the overall running of the convention itself. Besides helping a well-loved convention, donors can receive tax-incentives from donations as well as advertisement perks for having helped us bring this event to the public every year.
