Applications are now open for dealers for Odyssey Con 17.
Please read the information below on being a vendor as well as our convention policies on our Policy Page.
Odyssey Con is a general interest science fiction convention with an average attendance of between 350 and 500 people. Our attendees have a wide variety of interests, so we try very hard to insure a similar characteristic with our vendors.
We want to see our vendors selling their wares, so we encourage our attendees to contact you directly so they can tell you what they want to buy from you, you are aware of what to bring to the convention and you may even be able to pre-sell some stuff before the convention.
The way we do this is by offering free promotion on our web site. Once you have been confirmed as a vendor by the Dealers' Room Manager (application accepted and table fees paid), the webmaster will post a brief description of your business and what you sell including an image of your choice. We want to get our attendees excited about your business before they arrive, so they are more likely to buy!
Friday: 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Dealer Room Setup is Friday from Noon to 3:00, with the doors opening at 3 p.m.
Vending Rates (deadline January 1, 2017)
$70 for a full weekend (includes one table and one 3-day dealer's badge)
$35 for each additional table space (maximum 3 tables total)
$25 for each additional dealer's badge (limit 4)
Dealers tables this year are $70 and come with one 3-day registration. Each space reserves a single 6-foot by 3-foot table space (approximately 36 square feet total) with a table provided. If you don't need an actual table, would rather bring your own, or have special requests for your table(s), please note that when you contact us. If you don't need a table at all, let us know and your space will be clear of tables when you arrive at the convention. If you have any questions or suggestions, notify the Dealers' Room Manager and we will get back to you!

Applications are generally reviewed in the order they are received. They are approved based on space and fit with our convention and other approved vendors. Once you have been approved, please see How to register and purchase tables/space.
